2003 Engine Pontiac 3.4l 6 cylI have a 2003 pontiac grand am 6 cyl. The low oil light came on so I put a quart in. It was still low, so I proceeded to add 2 more quarts. Drove it about 10 miles and stopped for about an hour. Went back out and went to drive it and it bucked and lurched on acceleration then ran smoothly. Stopped and drained out excess oil and then drove it again. Same bucking and lurching on acceleration but runs smoothly in neutral and once it gets started. It just seems to buck after a complete stop Have I totally ruined my car? Help!!

It almost feels like a mix between a chug and a backfire (without the loud bang). Engine Ford i have a ford taurus 99 the wire from the engine thermotast make contac together and since then the fans are on all the time, i cahnge the thermostast and the conector wires that were mees up but the fans still on and the engine light give a code for high voltagei have a ford taurus 99 i was replacing the engine thermostat and the wires made contact together , so my fans turn on all the time after that, i assume the it was a short circuit, so i replace the thermostat and the wire connector but the engine light still on and it tells me high voltage circuit, fans still on all the time, what else can i do to fix it

At running temperature the voltage across the temp sensor is 4.62. All vaccume lines new. Code reader also says EGR valve not opening properly. Any advise? Car normally got 30-35MPG, running this rich, it gets 12-15MPG.

1989 Engine Chev 305 TBII have a 1989 Camaro with a 305 TBI that idles great. When I put it in gear the idle goes down and it stalls. I have to power brake it to drive without stalling. Once it is driving on the road it is fine until i stop again.
