Question: I need simple and easy instructions on how to install a heater core on my 1994 Cavalier. I have never had to work under the hood, so please break it down to me "Barney style".
Thank you,

Technican: Hi:
Well it aint that hard. First disconnect the hoses going into the heater core. This is easier done if you jack the car up look for two hoses going into the firewall, disconnect both of them. Next go inside and you will have to work from both sides of the car " drivers and passengers " and take out the screws from the cover. You will need a 7/32" socket. There should be 7 bolts. Some of them are real close to the firewall so I found that a universal helps a lot. After removing the cover, remove only one bolt from each holding bracket. When installing make sure the drain hole in the bottom of the cover lines up with the hole in the firewall. Here's How To Get Guaranteed Solutions In Minutes
