Technican: Hello, I don't believe the park lights are related to air conditioning circuits. Not even remotely. Do you have tail lights? If the tail light fuse is blown, the dash lights won't work as the dash light fuse gets it's power from the tail light fuse.
Please advise. Owner: i did not mean that the a/c and the lights are connected.
what I want to know is that if the parking lights and the instrument lights are connected how do i fix it besides changing the fuses. Technican: If you are certain all fuses in the panel are good (instruement panel light fuse won't test before you turn on park or headlights)I look for a loose ground wire for the lights harnesses and test the headlight switch to see if it outputs voltage to the lights. A brown colored wire is usually the rear park light circuit, tag light and tail light circuits, too. The tail light fuse is critical for the dash lights to work.
Do you have a 12VDC test light or a DC Voltmeter? An Ohmmeter? All would be useful, here.
Has the car been equipped with a trailer wiring harness? Technican: Yikes!, I kept getting a "SERVER ERROR" message saying I should contact the site administrator. I may have sent the reply repeatedly and I appologize if that is the case. I couldn't tell if the message was ever sent until I logged off and back on.
Sorry for the mess I made, Technican: Hello, What is happening here, please?
Please advise. Technican: Hello, Will you please take a moment and give me an update on this question? Thanks!
