1998 Chev Camaro Won't Start - Fuel System

Question: If the car has not been started for an hour or so, it takes 5-10 seconds of cranking for it to start. When it starts, you can smell raw gas, it sometimes puffs a cloud of exhaust, and will run rough for a minute or so.After it starts, it runs fine. 3800 V-6. 100, 000 miles-mostly highway. Most things have been checked. Injectors, plugs and wires replaced, also 2 of the 3 coils. No codes in the computer??

Technican: Check the fuel pressure. Many times the problems with injection can be pressure problems. Is your mileage down? If the pressure regulator is bad it will play havoc with the running of the vehicle. Check pressure at crank and while running. Some times pressure builds at different times Tyler
Owner: The car runs great after it starts. If I shut it off and start it in a few minutes, it will start right up. If it sits for an hour or so, it start very hard. If it sets for maybe a day, it will start right up. Any more suggestions.
