1969 Chev Camaro SS Won't Start - Electrical & Lighting Systems

Question: 1969 Camaro starts when cold. run the car for a while and it will not crank again. Wont even turn at all. interior lights work through. But give her a jump and it starts right up. Is this a starter issue or something else?
