1992 Pontiac Grand AMI have a 1992 Pontiac Grand AM 3.3 V6. I recently bought it about 2 weeks ago. Car has been running fine besides it overheating and the heater doesnt work. We replaced the intake manifold gasket and vaulve gaskets. Tested fuel pump and its good. battery is fully charged. all fuses are good. Car cranks over but will not start/ plenty of gas in the tank. If anyone has any opions on what else I can check or what might be the problem please answer. Thank you so much for your time. oh and spark plugs are good.

I have replaced the cooling fan, the temperature sensor (so now I can actually see how warm the engine is), and the computer that controls the fan. But the fan will still not kick in. I have found thru research that there is also a engine temp control switch, but do not know where it would be located and if it is a hard piece to replace. 1998 Chev cavalierI have been having an issue with the temp gauge dropping to nothing and then coming back to normal. I replaced the temp sensor. That did not help. Then one day I was on my way home and the cars gauges (all of them) just went crazy and then died. I replaced the battery, had the alternator, and starter tested and all passed. After replacing the battery I drove the car for about a week and then it did the same thing again. the gauges went crazy and the car died. I am now at a point where I do not know what to check next.

i have a 86 ford ranger with a 2.9 it runs great with the exception of it overheating at higher speeds and sputtering when accelerator is hit i narrowed it down to a fuel pressure issue at idle im at 30 psi and when above 20mph if u mash the gas it drops to 5 psi i changed out both internal and external pumps new fuel filter (cannister) NOTE ALL PSI READING IS BEING DONE FROM THE RAIL it worked great the first test drive after replacing the pumps parked it figured it was all good went to hit the trails and overheating again my next thought would be the pressure regulator but its starting to get expensive. the new external pump still humms but not very loud and at time almost seems sputtery (not the mono-tone sound that should be heard ) im lost can anyone please help
