1998 Ford explorera clicking noise started comming from the drivers side of my engine about 2 mins apart while it idled a lil over a month ago. they are still about the same distance apart but much stronger and it sounds like a fan turns on like every 3rd click. its starting to run hot and smells like syrup when it does. oils good, coolant good. also it started slamming into drive and reverse.
1995 Honda civic 1.6 vteci jumped the wires on diagnostics and got code 7 , so i bought new tps and installed it, and tried to adjust it, but it wont go past 3.1 wot and nothing on idle. i looked at my ecu and seen a wire was disconnected from ecu, im not sur which one, i tried rotating tps and to no avail.What else can i try, this has been an all nighter

My question is that I have I think a 1993 or so steering colunm and when I try to shift from park down or to any other gear it seems that there is something disconnected within the steering colunm cause it does not shift at all. 1997 Mitsubishi gstPrior to my purchase of the car it was sitting for awhile. the car turns on fine and idles fine even runs okay on smaller rpm. The PROBLEM kicks in when you start driving and when you get up to range(3k-5k rpm) Car starts jerking and feels like its not getting fuel to the engine. When i got it i changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel tank, because i thought the fuel was dirty and clogged and for some part it was; I also checked injectors from another GST same problem. Now the car does have aftermarket intercooler and the BOV is welded to the intercooler cold air piping on top. Please let me know you can help. Thanks.

98 Engine Jeep Wrangler1998 Wrangler Engine Hesitating The jeep will hesitate and buck jump shortly after start-up. It will only last about 2 minutes. It will do this each time upon initial start-up. It seems like it goes into fail safe mode and do nothing but idle for 2-3 minutes and then it runs and performs fine after it clears up. I have replaced the cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil, air cleaner - nothing seems to fix it. I have had it to several shops - no one can find/fix the problem. It has acted up while being on the computer at shop and no codes come up? Would appreciate any suggestions.
84 Ford mustang gt84 mustang gt 5.0 just had the motor rebuilt been sitting for a year. replaced all hoses radiator new plug wires ect used same dist new cap n rotor used same fuel pump its a manuel block mount. i fired the car up let it high idle 20 mins or so to break in cam n bearings tightened up all hoses ect stopped couple little leaks ect and drove about 25 miles , shut it off went into a buisness came out 5 min later , started it made it 10 yards & it shut off, would start, turned over really fast till battery wore down let it sit for 30 min went back when i turned key on it cranked but wouldnt start till i let key off and kinda started after letting off pressure on key. my wife was in a store 1/2 block away so i drove there went in came out wouldnt start. Had it towed home , in the drive way it will start and as its sitting there running it shuts off just as if you shut the key off and wont start right back up, turns over really fast till battery is dead , wait a few so on and so on. but anyway shuts off just like shutting off the key- never had this problem before had the car with old engine for 5 yrs or so
99 Engine Pontiac 3.8Ok so I have a 99 bonneville se. Just got it 3 weeks ago. So my battery gauge jumps to 18 top red zone after about 10 min. It drops just below the red I have a battery gauge reader hooked up to cig lighter full time it says around 14 if idle 11 12. # 2 my oil gaugr is probly reading around 80 or 90 out of 120 should be around 40 or so I think? When your braking tho they drop to reg. But then I go again and it goes back up.. OK so this is what I have done new plugs wirrs oil change filter synth. Air filter seafoamed the gas tank sway bars links tie rods. I dont want to leep putting money in it if its going to blow or somthing. Maybe gauges are wrng, maybe not. O I put a diffent alternator in too. Serpintene belt. All that same problems had stuff checked at checker they said everythings fine. An I also have another 99 bonneville more miles 190 mine 155 and that one oil gauge is a probley at a 50 65 around there. Done nothing to that car but gas. Fricking gauges are buggin the crap out of me, tryed to bring car to shop and he wouldnt do shit cause they were closing in a hour in a half. I dont know what to do now.....

I was able to get it started and go about 1/2 a mile chugging all the way until I had a safe place to park it.

On level ground with full throtle it may get to 35 mph with the trams shifting thru all the gears. Replaced the trans torque converter and the exhaust converter.
